Rework item create/edit flow (all item types)

Description

The item creation/edit page is messy and looks very basic, especially for codes. On the code page, for example:

  1. A section at the top for manual code entry (key, type, timer, etc., plus advanced options)
  2. Colour selection below that
  3. Site name, description, etc. below that

Wanted

  • Rework the edit page for all item types (notes, codes, etc.) so it's consistent across types and looks good.

Idea: a guided walkthrough using progressive bottom sheets (sheet 1 → sheet 2 → sheet 3 …) that customise the item step by step, then dismiss at the end. It could use the same visual treatment as the existing new-item bottom sheet, with that flow carrying through both creating and editing an item.

Fixed in https://github.com/badbundle/vault-app/pull/606 (merged as cee9f963).

Codes, notes and recovery phrases are now created and edited in the same step-by-step flow, in the new-item picker's style.

Steps, in this order, skipping any an item doesn't have:

  1. Content: key, note text or words
  2. Name
  3. Appearance: colour and tags
  4. Privacy & Security

Creating an item:

  • Each step is a bottom sheet sized to fit its content. The sheet resizes and the next step slides in (it fades instead with Reduce Motion on).
  • Each step has a progress bar and a header, with Back/Continue at the bottom. Continue is disabled until the step is complete.
  • Scanning a QR code jumps straight to Name.
  • Save stays available as a shortcut once the item is valid.

Editing an item opens an overview of cards summarising each step. Tapping a card opens that step directly.

Nothing lost: manual key entry, advanced options, QR scanning, colours, tags, visibility, lock, encryption, killphrase, preview, QuickType and delete are all still there. Recovery phrases keep their capture and background protections.

Manifesto:

  • The killphrase is only explained once it's switched on (C9).
  • The overview never mentions a killphrase (C5).
