Keep "Open Source Backup" in the App Store name, and add App Review notes

Description

Follow-up to VAULT-95. Bradley wants the name to stay "Vault – Open Source Backup", because it's the truer description. So the subtitle and keywords move to carry the searched terms the name no longer does, using VAULT-95's research.

Change

  • Name: Vault – Open Source Backup (26), as before VAULT-95.
  • Subtitle: 2FA Authenticator & Notes (25). "2fa authenticator" and "authenticator app" are Apple's top suggestions after just "2f" and "au", so they take the most heavily weighted field left. With "notes" in it, the note searches match the keywords.
  • Keywords: otp,totp,mfa,one,time,password,two,step,verification,secure,private,secret,encrypted,hidden,duress (98 of 100 bytes).
    • "secure" moves in from the old subtitle.
    • "codes" is dropped to fit.
    • No word repeats the name or subtitle.
  • App Review notes: in fastlane/metadata/review_information/notes.txt, so they upload with the listing. They say:
    • no account, network or in-app purchases, so there's no demo account;
    • how to add items;
    • where App Lock, the App Lock Password, the duress password, hidden items, killphrases and erasing after 10 are, with a request to leave erasing off;
    • how backups and AutoFill work.
  • Privacy answers in the repo: fastlane/app_privacy_details.json, "Data Not Collected". That's true: G69–G71 promise no servers, no network requests and no analytics.
  • A lane, upload_metadata. It uploads the listing's text, the review notes and the privacy answers, and publishes them, with no build and no screenshots. RELEASE.md documents it.

Also, in App Store Connect only

  • Attach build 100014 to version 2.0.
  • Content rights: "doesn't use third-party content".
  • Answer the age rating's newer questions: advertising, messaging, parental controls, social media, user-generated content, weapons, health and age assurance. They're all "no" or "none" for Vault.

Done when

The PR is merged, upload_metadata has run from main, and version 2.0 in App Store Connect has the listing, the notes, published privacy answers, the build, content rights and a complete age rating.

Done in https://github.com/badbundle/vault-app/pull/709 (merged as 2e4ce0a5). make validate passed. bundle exec fastlane ios upload_metadata then ran from main, and precheck passed with no problems.

Read back from App Store Connect, version 2.0 (Prepare for Submission, manual release):

  • Name: Vault – Open Source Backup
  • Subtitle: 2FA Authenticator & Notes
  • Keywords: the 98 bytes above
  • Listing text: the #707 description (2,466 characters) and promotional text; the privacy URL is /apps/vault/privacy/
  • Review notes: uploaded (1,564 characters). The contact details are unchanged, and no demo account is required.
  • Build: 100014 attached
  • App Privacy: Data Not Collected, published
  • Content rights: does not use third-party content
  • Age rating: the newer questions are answered no/none (advertising, age assurance, weapons, health or wellness, messaging and chat, parental controls, social media, user-generated content), and it's still 4+. "Social media age-restricted" is only a follow-up to a yes, so it's left blank.
