Show the owning user or organization on each project list item

Problem

Every row in the project list looks the same, whoever owns the project. A viewer who is a member of projects owned by other people or organizations can't tell who owns which one. For example, badbundle/TRACK and bms/LIFE appear side by side with nothing to tell them apart.

Expected behavior

Each project list item shows its owner (user or organization) on the trailing (right) edge of the row, for example the owner's avatar and username.

Acceptance criteria

• Every row in the project list shows the owning user or organization on its trailing edge, including projects the viewer owns, so the list stays consistent.
• The designation shows the owner's profile image (when available) and username, with an accessible label such as "Owned by badbundle".
• Long owner names truncate with an ellipsis without squeezing the project name or key. The full name is still available via tooltip or accessible label.
• The row stays a single link target: the designation does not add a nested interactive link inside the row link.
• At narrow viewport widths the designation stays visible (it may collapse to the avatar only) with no horizontal overflow.
• Works in light and dark modes and follows existing list styling.
• Add a render test covering a list with mixed owners (the viewer's own projects and projects owned by another user or organization).
