Project view redirects drop the query string, losing filters and sort

Two redirects rebuild the target path without carrying r.URL.RawQuery, so filter and sort params are silently discarded.

• internal/server/ui_project_pages.go:141-145 — builds target from uiProjectViewPath(project, "all") / uiProjectPanelPath(project, "all"), then redirects

uiProjectViewPath (ui_paths.go:20-26) only re-attaches assignee IDs it is explicitly handed; neither caller reads the incoming query.

Steps to reproduce

1. GET /{owner}/projects/{key}?assignee_id=<uuid>&sort=priority
2. GET /{owner}/projects/{key}/backlog?assignee_id=<uuid>

Actual

303 to /{owner}/projects/{key}/sprint and /{owner}/projects/{key}/all with every param dropped, so a bookmarked or shared filtered URL lands on the unfiltered view.

Expected

Filters and sort survive the redirect.

Fix

Append the raw query at both sites (if r.URL.RawQuery != "" { target += "?" + r.URL.RawQuery }), or parse with uiParseProjectAllQuery and pass the assignee IDs into uiProjectViewPath.
