Move legal links from the sidebar to Settings

Summary

Remove the Terms, Privacy, and Security links from the application sidebar and give them a more appropriate home on the Settings page.

Requirements

• Remove the Terms, Privacy, and Security links from the sidebar in both signed-in and logged-out states.
• Add the three links to the Settings page in a clear, compact legal or resources section.
• Preserve the existing destinations and link behavior.
• Keep the Settings treatment consistent with the existing dense application layout and dark mode.
• Ensure the links remain keyboard-accessible and clearly labelled.

Acceptance criteria

• Terms, Privacy, and Security no longer appear anywhere in the sidebar.
• The Settings page contains working links to all three destinations.
• The new section is readable in light and dark modes and does not disrupt the existing Settings layout.
• Sidebar layout tests and Settings page rendering tests cover the new placement.
