Fix legal links and profile placement in the collapsed sidebar

Summary

Keep the sidebar footer stable when the sidebar is collapsed.

Requirements

• Hide the Terms, Privacy, and Security items entirely in the collapsed state.
• In the expanded state, place those links immediately above the profile section.
• Keep the profile image and profile controls anchored at the bottom of the sidebar.
• Prevent hidden or wrapped footer content from pushing the profile section upward.
• Preserve the existing expanded-state link behavior and styling.

Acceptance criteria

• Collapsing the sidebar removes the Terms, Privacy, and Security items from the layout.
• The hidden items occupy no height or width and do not wrap.
• In the expanded sidebar, the legal links appear above the profile section.
• The profile section remains at the bottom in both expanded and collapsed states.
• The layout behaves consistently across supported viewport heights.
