Fix trackslash.com monitoring in UptimeRobot

https://trackslash.com/ is not working in UptimeRobot, so we do not have accurate uptime monitoring at the moment.

Using the standard UptimeRobot configuration returns a 405 Method Not Allowed response. The standard check appears to make a HEAD request to the URL and expects a 2xx response.
