Label sprint issue counts with “Issue” or “Issues”

Description

Goal

Make sprint count badges self-explanatory instead of displaying a bare number.

Acceptance criteria

  • Active, planned, and historical sprint views show counts as labelled text, for example 10 Issues.
  • Use singular grammar for 1 Issue and plural grammar for zero and all other counts.
  • Apply one shared count-badge/component treatment across all sprint states.
  • Preserve the existing count source and lazy-loading behavior; this is a presentation change, not a recount triggered by expanding a card.
  • Keep the badge compact and readable with large counts, long sprint names, and narrow layouts.
  • Match existing light/dark, focus, and accessibility patterns.
  • Add render tests for 0, 1, and multiple issues in active, planned, and historical sprints.

Implemented and merged in PR #105 (3b07d1d).

  • Added a shared sprint-issue-count-badge that reuses the existing compact count-badge styling.
  • Active, planned, and historical sprint totals now render 0 Issues, 1 Issue, or N Issues.
  • Existing active column counts, history outcome counts, total sources, and lazy-loading behavior remain unchanged.
  • Documented the component and added render coverage for 0, 1, and multiple issues in every sprint state.

Verification: focused render tests and make test passed, uiSprintIssueCount has 100% statement coverage, and both GitHub CI jobs passed.

Started implementation on branch codex/track-25-label-sprint-issue-counts. I’ll add one shared pluralized sprint issue-count badge, use it for active/planned/history totals without changing their count sources, and render-test 0, 1, and multiple issues in every state.
