Show “No scheduled dates” for an undated active sprint

Description

Goal

Make missing schedule information explicit and consistent across active, planned, and historical sprint views.

Acceptance criteria

  • An active sprint with neither a start nor end date displays No scheduled dates.
  • Use the same wording and visual treatment as the equivalent planned/historical sprint state.
  • If only one date is present, continue to display the available date using the established partial-date behavior rather than the no-dates label.
  • The label remains aligned with sprint metadata at wide and narrow widths.
  • Preserve light/dark styling and accessible text semantics.
  • Add render coverage for no dates, start only, end only, and both dates on an active sprint.

Implemented and merged in PR #103 (606cb57).

  • Undated active and planned sprints now show No scheduled dates using their existing metadata styling.
  • Legacy start-only and end-only values render the available date; complete ranges are unchanged.
  • Added active render coverage for no dates, start only, end only, and both dates, plus undated planned-sprint coverage.

Verification: make test passed, focused formatter coverage is 100%, and both GitHub CI jobs passed.
